At www.leadro.ch and other country-specific domains and subdomains we operate the service "Leadro", which enables customers to access information from the Swiss commercial registry and send letters to businesses via Swiss Post.
To provide these services, data is collected and processed under Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. On registration, your company name and/or first and last name and e-mail address are stored; your postal address and information required for sending letters are recorded during later use. Personal data is only collected and used to the extent contractually and technically necessary. This also applies to recipient data required to provide the service. This data will never be sold or passed on for reasons other than those mentioned.
8. Third Parties
To provide the best possible experience we use third parties for certain services. Wherever possible, Leadro collaborates with third parties subject to the GDPR.
Swiss Post — for letter delivery; the recipient's address data is shared for this purpose only.
Commercial Registry Data — Leadro accesses publicly available information from the Swiss commercial registry.
Payment Processing via Stripe — payment transactions may be processed via Stripe, Inc. Stripe acts as both controller and processor and applies EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. See https://stripe.com/privacy-center/legal.
